I have win 7 and when i play , crush game to windows and back information : Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error!
Program:L/Gry/FM2013/steamapps/common/Footbal Manager 2013/fm 2013.exe

PLEASE HELP i can't play :((

You running any custom graphics/logos/skins etc? If so please remove them, then try the following:

Can you please try deleting your settings files as shown here - http://www.sigames.com/faq/fm13.php?id=69

Then reverifying your cache as shown here - http://www.sigames.com/faq/fm13.php?id=83

did as u said. nevertheless, once playing the game, i tried to clear my shortlist of about 3,000 players and the same error popped up before the game closes.
