Congrats for the Switch port!
I'll get it for sure (if it's available in Europe).

But the item queue will be in an update?

Where's the Eshop page? I'm in Europe btw.

Crossniq+ is US only which made me disapointed.
eShop page will appear a short time before the release. It will be available in EU eShop.

Oh cool, thank you for this — I don't know how common it is to keep previous versions of a game available to choose from when a major update like this drops, but I've used it for other games and I'm glad Steam has it as an option.

Question about the update: will the 'Drop Queue' be a toggle-able option? I know it'll be very helpful but sometimes my mind gets cluttered easily from having lots of things in the HUD.
I believe that there should be a backup of every versions for safekeeping (and being able to backtrack if t here's a major bug in case of emergency).

I do agree that "Drop Queue" should be optional since I feel like it trivialise the gameplay and I'm used to that kind of difficulty now.

PS: I spoilered your new feature to keep the surprise to others but I am glad as well.

Ah yeah, that makes sense xD The Switch trailer is probably a bit spoilery to new players, but I don't think it was bad to include showing off both unlockable characters in it. But yeah, I was so surprised and excited when I saw Miss Noir pop up, lol. She adds so much flavor to the game for only being it in near the end and in an extra game mode. Plus I didn't even know Ecru would be playable the first time I beat the game, and that was really cool to me, too! If I was a new player to this updated version of Vividlope and had no knowledge of either of these unlockables, I would've loved discovering that blind. They're such cool bonus content.

It's defs a nice option for both new/casual and hardcore players to utilize — I remember in a few late-game levels where getting a useful item to spawn could a bit iffy depending on your placement on the map or something, making some V-rank attempts a lot more difficult, omg. But I also do kinda just like being surprised by what items or enemies drop all of a sudden and having to deal with what you get on the spot, lmao.

The Drop Queue would be actually for the V-ranking of later levels so yeah, it's good to see.

Ecru being a playable character for the "prequel story" makes sense too

I hope we could get a sequel or more material about the world of this game.

Toggle for Drop Queue wasn't planned, but I'll think about it.
