I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered a bug whilst playing. You say you fell through the geometry, do you mean you fell through the map?
Regrettably, we aren't able to edit save files so this isn't a service we'd be able to perform, but if you can provide more information, we can get this bug looked into for you.
Needless to say I won't be replaying the game if there is a chance of losing all progress suddenly to a glitch, without warning and with no way to recover it and as a matter of conscience I have to warn others that this is a possibility. For what its worth I was really enjoying the game but I can't continue with the knowledge that this could occur again.
If it matters I was on the northwestern side of Atomic City and had just passed between two buildings nearby a cliff...then was under the level where I could see the empty insides of the buildings etc from below. I found it strange that there was a second "floor" below the level hundreds of feet below.
Anyway, too bad. I'd ask for a refund if it wasn't outside the refund period. I understand glitches happen, you just might want to consider a system whereby you allow a single backup of the current save if you have glitches that can wipe your run.
Thanks for responding.
I will also add the feedback regarding back-ups of save files in the case of issues like this.
Thank you for your understanding, and apologies you encountered this during your session.
