You have to play normal to get half the photos, or hard to get them all.

Go in the photography club, So-Yi's diary is on the drawers next to the camera. Pick it up.

The ghost spot photos will tell you where to go to actually photograph the ghosts. They are found in Opinion Toll Boxes. So you will need plenty of Opinion Toll Box Keys and many cameras. There should be enough keys to find them all but you may need more cameras since the photos can be difficult to get because you have to stand in a specific spot. Note that the ghost spot photos are not always accurate. Read the text.

There are six photos in each episode for a total of 18. If you play on easy, you can find all the opinion toll boxes that are empty. This should be where the ghost spot photos are. Then play on normal for half or hard for all the boxes to have photos in them. Go to those locations, snap a photo and check your documents to see if you got it. If not, move around a bit and try again. You won't see anything in the camera when you take the picture, only in Documents.
