Slow

The game runs slow to the point where dialogue and cutscenes are out of sync. Turning off vsync helps a little but what is going on?

I have been suffering the same issue since i have reinstalled the game.

I thought the problem was with my PC but other games work fine.. it's still not fixed unfortunately and the character is walking even slower now
