In retrospect, this game was my worst purchase so far, and it was 1 euro at the time.

I'm not even kidding. Every possible game I've played in the meantime had more value than this. If you ever think of buying this game, get something that doesn't suck instead. Or a bundle from epicbundle. Like the humble bundle. Or indie game stand. You can get good games for this price, or only a slight bit more. Or buy Gateways. Or Cthulhu Saves the World. Or Dust: An Elysian Tail. Or FEZ. Or FTL.

Anything but this. If you want something like AVSEQ, play Every Extend 2 - that game is free.

I actually think the game is pretty fun, in small doses. I can't play it for too long... but, 1 level every couple of days and I feel I got a buck or 2 of enjoyment out of it already. I've definitely paid more for worse games. I would say, though, to wait for a sale. 5 is a bit much for this one-trick-pony that feels like a simple tablet app that should sell for .99 or 1.99 tops.

Included in a bundle it's no problem - it only seems like iffy value if you paid the $5, which I agree is too much. I beat the entire thing in one sitting in less than an hour, and now all there's left to do is Achievement hunt. That said, the chievos aren't even that great, and can easily be granted by...just playing. Not a lot of skill involved :(

I was actually greatly disappointed by how they said the music is randomized, but it's actually just the combo notes going up according to scale, and there's a very mellow "thump thump thump" in the background and that's pretty much the 'music combinations' they thought of.

It was on -75% when I bought it, luckily, but ehh.

Well, at least you guys found some redeeming virtue in this game :D
