How do I know, if DX10 is enabled?

I saw at the shop-page, that this game can run in directx10 mode, but the options menu is very "tidy" ;) So, does the game recognize my DX10 hardware? I've a HD6870

Probably. It says DX9 is the minimum specs and DX10 is recommended. DX is an API, so more than likely if your computer is up to date with your DX installation I imagine that game is using it as it would look at the DX library on your computer when making calls to that API. Does that make sense?

No, you are right. We don't take advantage of new abilities in DX10 - meaning the game doesn't get "enhanced" for DX10 players - so there's not a specifc setting inside of the game. If your system has DX10 installed, it should already being used!

Because the game isn't a aaa+ graphic game it's ok, if it uses only DX9. I was just surprised that the game is "recommended for DX10". And since my system is capable of DX10, it will then run with DX10 :)
