How many screw ups can you make and still get the good ending?

Hello sorry if this is a ridiculous question I just wanted to confirm. How many bad outcomes can you get before it goes to the neutral ending?
From what I can tell, from a few guides, you can get the good ending with the bad outcome on 2 quests? One screw up and the twilight chase? Because I just got a bad outcome, horrific tone shift btw if you don't make any incorrect decisions until Fatal Company, and apparently I saved over when I made that choice. I was just playing casually so I did not look up anything until just now, but I need to know I have ruined this whole play though?

I just went for the charisma or intellect choice every time and got the good ending. Maybe once or twice I had to fall back on agility when neither of those was an option.

Basically encourage everyone to avoid violence whenever possible.
