Best energy sources?

Stars are all +6 energy

Red Giant - Fury
Blue Star - Spirit
Vega (purple star) - Strength
Green star - Arcane
Neutron star (white with blue) - Energy
White Dwarf - Dexterity

I’m not sure what the best energy is for Vitality so plz help cuz I’m looking lol. So far emeralds is the best from what I’ve found but they don’t seem to respawn so it’s hard to max it out.

I’m curious on what shadow would scale up if I filled my energy with that and vitality. I think shadow is +1 to +2 in every single stat but -1 in vitality (I could be wrong I will correct it once I’m home.

Dragon Stone is very good. Raises both vitality and energy (I think) and Planet cores give a lot of energy. Idk the exact numbers.

planet cores are the best source for energy , blue , red, and yellow dwarf stars give the highest amount of spirit, fury, and arcane. for better arcane boost , go to the original planet , and on the monks floating island there are three dragonrocks and two red ones (forgot their namme) that gives a dumb arcane boost

Planet cores are only +4 energy. The biggest stat boosts are the stars for everything but vitality

Neutron stars give the best energy (+6) planet cores only boost energy by +4.

also black dwarfs is one your missing, which is for vitality if im remembering correctly, harder to find though due to his darkness compared to other stars, but if it spawns in, fly a bit to the right after spawning in, and you should see a planet far in distance with rings, and it usually, next to that planet to the left of it when flying towards the planet. Not too close though or you may miss and fly past you should see the black dwarf when flying towards that planet with a bit of distance. hope this helps. To get it to spawn just save once you go in the black hole and load that save until it spawns, you'll just have to check and make sure its there every time you spawn in.
