Can't run smoothly，It's not a configuration problem

My computer system is win10, computer refresh rate is 144hz. Why can't you play smoothly. Configuration needless to say, it will flash back when playing legend

Just to confirm, the first thing we'd advise is making sure that you've updated your system and drivers.

I also have a high end pc (brand new) and have occasional framerate issues. I'm not sure if this is going to be updated as the game really is quite old at this point.
