Why are the girls you save somewhat sexualized?

i have to say they are fairys as fairys they are female- or have you ever seen a tooth fairy in male version?
In Legends you have to save Female Heros and can play them- maybe a fine choise for girls to fell themselfs as hero characters in the game, dont know maybe its more like
the Fairy tale thing- Knight Saves Princess from bad Dragons or evil people:)
And yes this game is pretty tough i have it finished on my Wii as well and can tell there
were some levels whom made me freaking out- Chasing levels for example.
Maybe you should ask the Designer of Rayman in other games of Rayman for example part 3 on Pc there is no big eye on female characters nothing i remember-
Maybe he wanted to have girls playing this jump and run as well and girls like
girly things- as fairys and colorfull designs.
Or maybe im wrong with that thoughts about it actualy im no kid anymore and im no female:)
But as a reader of Comics in the past and now, for example Disney stuff
didnt have any information about the sex of mickey or Donald, or whomever. Never made
a topic to this- you know mickey and Donald is male and Mini was female.
But mini came far beyound mickey, so this changed a bit in the later comics.
Aymeric Kevin made the Background artworks for Legends.
As a Designer- i respect those guys for their awesome Artwork in first place
when i play the Rayman Games.

And to speak for the game and its universe
In first place it wants to be cute and funny and beautifull animated.
The Level design is top and the main characters are most of the time
rayman himself and globox and the characters whom help them like moskitos.

a bigger question would be.....why is that teensy at the end of each level dry humping the lums meter? when i first seen that.....i though it was kinda weird...then i found it to be funny when i thought about it. inside joke or not.....it is what it looks like. no wonder hes a bad guy in legends....unless its some sort of evil clone *bought it digital download through xbl, so i have no booklet unlike origins* also...i know the language they speak sounds like a mix of pig latin and english.....but....its funny when you start to think about what he is saying.....anyways, it seems like this thread is dead now so im just gonna leave this here and take my leave XD

Its so annoying how only furrys feel the need to convey a cutsie archetype through text by using emoticons and.... everywhere instead of typing like a normal person. And its always furrys too. That's such a non-argument, it's an excuse at best.

They were in no way obligated to stay true to any myths with their world and they didn't. I mean there are ice-skating dragon buttlers in this game, not exactly agreeing with the mythical dragons hoarding gold in caves.
