JUST CANNOT START A NEW GAME!!!!
I just purchased the Rayman Origins, downloaded and installed. Everything is fine. But when I started the game, and try to start a new game by clicking the "new game" in "select a file" part, nothing happened. I just cant play this game at all due to some unknown reason, and it just didn't "start a new game". I'm wondering wut the hell is happenning and is there any one who has the same problem??

miine was doing that too... called ubisoft and they said to run a disk cleanup so tried it for kicks and giggles... and it freakin worked!!! :) Good Luck!

Tried disk clean right now.... not working :(
Tried reinstalling.... still nothing, any other suggestion someone?

same problem here . sux . it was fine till the latest update of win 10 . now cant make new game .

Same issue here on Win 10. Very similar issue with Rayman Legends which I bought in a pack. None of it works. Seems like an issue with how Ubi is handling save games vs installed file permissions on windows 10.

Tried adjusting permissions for both, and creating folders in the documents>my games folder to no avail.

I have a ticket in with Ubi but don't think they should be selling these games as windows 10 compatible at this point. I'll update if anything works, but otherwise I"ll avoid Ubi games on windows.

Sorry to hear that you are unable to start a new game.

If you haven't already then I would recommend to complete the steps in our pc troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com] in full. This guide will help to configure your device for the game.

If after following those steps you find this persists for you, then I would recommend to open a new thread in the forums including details of exactly what happens when you try to launch the game. By opening a new thread it helps keep current threads relevant rather than responding in older inactive threads. For this reason I will also now lock this thread.
