Still no response :(

The 3 games doesnt have items for sale in the steam points store.

I believe you have now found your answer in the de-listing of this game series / original devs being out of contact.

eXceed 1 and 2nd has items in the point shop. You have to go to the point shop from their game pages in your library to access the item pages for each game in the point shop. I decided to get the items in the point shop before the game is de-listed.
