Are You Seeing Enemy Ranks in Matches?

So my question to you guys is—do all of you see the ranks of the enemies once you jump into a game, or do you only see the ranks of your group mates?

I've been scratching my head over this since the beginning of the season. At first, I thought they changed it so nobody could see ranks anymore, maybe to prevent people from leaving matches or to hide their questionable matchmaking system. But now I see some people talking about how they can see ranks...

So what’s the deal? Is this a bug? A feature? I checked the settings, and I don’t see any option for it. Right now, I don’t see anyone’s ranks at all.

Anyone else experiencing this? Or is there some setting I’m missing?

Also, question for solo EU players. How long do you usually wait for match? [WT, Ranked etc...] for me it's around 6 minutes [ranked] which feels like nonsense considering that I'm on one of the biggest servers.

So you don't see them when you press 'TAB' or before the match start. Only when you get killed.. Got'cha
