Why does my voice chat not work?

I am so confused right now, my audio settings are in check; I even went through Windows audio mixer to triple check

I have push to talk on the default Z, I can hear the team but they can't hear me. Not sure what the problem is or how to fix it

For the record, it has worked in the past, although at random

I am having a similar problem too. I use a focusrite audio interface for my Microphone (fifine k688) and I couldn't get the audio to come through. I checked to make sure all the audio settings were correct and they were. My friends couldn't hear me but I could hear them. I had the same settings that I would have on fortnite which I play very often and I have no audio issues in it. I also used the usb connection on my microphone and apparently it sounded crackly. We just ended up using discord instead. Please fix!

Hoping they get a fix out next patch, it is so rage inducing not being able to coordinate with randoms especially when the other two people have mics as well!
