As someone that plays both mnk and controller. I can definitely tell you mnk has the advantage. The reason controllers have aim assist is bc we have to control the movements in as little of an inch of range of motion. Meanwhile mnk can essentially use their entire arm and deskspace to control. Meaning small adjustments like recoil control often get an aim assist bc managing micro movements with in fractions of an inch of thumb control is unreasonable. I play mnk when im on my pc. And i can tell you i had zero issues aiming. In fact i performed better than when i play on console. Better frame rate, latency and control of my aim. Yeah its a bit unfair. So anyone saying "skill issue" to aim assist is kinda hypocritical considering you need every advantage possible and still throw a tantrum when you lose. Aim assist is not cheating. It does not aim for you. In most cases all it does is lower your sensitivity when your already aiming at a target. Hence you have to look at them. Its the equivalent of playing with medium sensitivity and high dpi so you can refine movements when needed but can also react quickly. Lowering our sensitivity on controller to control said recoil and micro movements is also not feasible bc then we wouldnt be able to react to anything or track opponents. Itd be like playing as a sloth. Anyone who says aim assist is unfair has clearly never actually played with it or played on controller with it turned off. If you want to complain. Go play any modern fps game with controller and no aim assist and lmk how you do. Spoiler alert most of the people will do absolutely horrible and if you think they should change it for the 2% of players that can manage that then your a narcissist and prolly think the world revolves around you

Wish fps games would just remove aim assist all together. Shooters should be played on a mouse. Thatd be like me joining cross play on a driving game and wanting a ton of assists on my mouse because its harder to use.....just use the proper device and stop this non sense.

That doesn't make any sense. M+K has always had a higher skill ceiling. That doesn't mean that controller aim-assist algorithm aim isn't still essentially cheating. Those 2 things can still be true at the same time. You understand that right champ?

It's actually not easier to use M+K. I dare you to use M+K for a week straight against only M+K players and I will laugh when you crawl back here crying that you got stomped by players who actually have honed their talent. It's a lot easier when you can just pick up a controller and have it start aiming for you isn't it Timmy? It's a lot harder when you have to actually git gud. Imagine that. ROFL

It wasn't fully handled in time because people need to LEARN how to play video games. There is no reason to have aim assist in a game at all, period.

You either play the game like everyone else or you just dont play. If anyone can pick up halo and play it with an xbox controller and play without aim assist, anyone can learn how to do the same on a PC with a controller OR a Keyboard-mouse.

This whole QQ nonsense of relying on aim assistance is not needed.
