Extremly Long Que Time?

Been queing for almost 10 minutes straight ive been canceling the que and starting it back every 3-4 minutes or so

check what region its trying to matchmake you in. it may set you into a low pop region if its set to auto. NA and EU have ok load times NA is much faster for me but thats cause i live there probably.

Especially Ranked is Dead...
When the game gave an estimated wait time of 10 minutes and I had to wait 28 minutes for my Gold 2 Match, then wait another 18 minutes and then finally 37 minutes I just stopped playing for the day after only playing 3 Matches total.

Crossplay was on and Region was on Auto.

I play NA and rarely have to wait more than a min... usually 40 sec or less during peak hours.
