Glossed over, lyingly, haloed as "engagement matchmaking", aka EOMM.

This is part of the explanation why matchmaking was sh.iet S1 & S2 and now in S3 too.
And yes EOMM is active all the time, be it ranked or non-ranked.
Ranked silvers & gold players in the same lobby, first knockout round, as platinum 1 & diamonds, same as in casual game modes. Enough said.
Going from cash out and power shift where it feel fun and balanced, some what, to world tour where it doesn't at all.
Having skill based match making would mean the dev would have to have a brain and that's not something these dev have unless its for 1 class only.
I have noticed that as well or they don't know how to play the WT version of cash out. A lot of my team mates don't understand that if only 1 cash out is active at the 1 minute mark that the other cash out will disappear. I don't agree on that decision.
