OST getting worse after each season

The beta/season 1's OST was absolute glorious. Only bangers that could make me stay on (long) loading screen just for the sound. Very motivational and in-line with the spirit of the game.
Season 2 was a bit less qualitative to my taste but still nice and 1-2 very good tracks.
Season 3 is some cheesy cheap "nippon-inspired" theme and heard many times in other boring licenses, I feel like in Overwatch now when it comes to sound.

Please bring us the option to choose our favorite music set !

It's absolutely awful to my taste, but I respect yours.
Sounds like a christmas event theme to me, it evokes snow falling down and covering everything in white. And in 3 days it's summer.
The Finals evokes destruction, chaos, mayhem. WTF do precious snowflakes (or maybe cute sakura flowers ?) have anything to do with that ? Maybe the new "very subtle" gameplay introduced by new "very subtle" melee weapons that made the game a bashing contest now ?

you guys are smoking; the ost this season is great, so was season 2, both are very fitting with the game and season(s), not gonna say 1 is bad but its definitely more safe.

in either case the music has been consistently solid especially compared to other fps slop on the market.

How can unvoiced sounds be more "safe" than others ??? I'm seriously confused.
Do some people really feel "unsafe" hearing any music track from The Finals ?

also melee weapons are still pretty low tier and trash and bad picks so theres no bashing contest.

I don't even want to debate about musical tastes and opinions, because I'm respectful of them. Only thing I proposed is an option to CHOOSE the favourite musical set, so EACH of us could be happy : me with S1's OST and you with your (crappy) japanese theme.

It will be great that if we can choose what music pack to play. And moreover, it will be even better if the team lead controls which music pack to play :-)
And yeah I agree, S1 music is the best.

the safest way to do things would be not change the music every season, its a cool unnecessary thing and naturally youre gonna prefer some tracks to others, im not saying you *should* like them all, just that if youre gonna make a thread saying it sucks; ill say it rules.

for the record yes i agree it would be nice to have a way to swap season themes, as ill fitting as it would be, but lets see how many seasons we even get first.

A game that started and ended in just two seasons. What is this foolishness? It was good in the first season, acceptable in the second season, and now it is a piece of ♥♥♥♥. What is happening? The game developers are idiots who are making it worse with time. Can you give us an explanation for why you changed the ranking system in the game? How does that happen? Have you ever seen it? The game changed its ranking system from one game mode to another. Also, why are all the hand weapons a sword, then two swords, then now a sword with two blades? Are you a ninja game or a Souls game? I don’t think you will fix this nonsense, but you turned a game that might have been classified as the best into a game of course that is the worst now.
