Sometimes I raise the topic of the fact that in the current match, most likely, someone is cheating, they agree with me, and in the end, together we report to whoever is needed, and most of us leave (I’m talking about casual modes). I look at the table often during the round, and try to pay attention to some of the enemy players in such cases.
This way, we don't waste our time on rounds where we wouldn't be able to win anyway. Yes, it would be possible to compete with cheaters/suspicious players, but for this, feedback from each player is desirable, and my clan doesn’t always get together lately, and the other clan I’m a member of doesn’t play casual modes, which I usually play.
Sometimes I praise the players in the chat for something, especially for any actions that could turn the tide of the game in our favor. Even some perfect little thing can make a difference, and thanks to a kind word, I try to let the player understand that he is going in the right direction (for example, he often revives when it is really needed, or often heeds up).
It seems to me that with the help of good words you can achieve much better results and cohesion in the team than by arguing or trying to figure out who is cooler.
Of course, there are exceptions, in the form of the fact that no matter how well-predisposed I am towards players, some begin, for example, to hint that the rest need to climb onto the platform in “Power shift”, but he clearly sees that there are at least 2 snipers and 1-2 mediums who prevent you from doing anything at all, or even reaching the platform. But such a “commander” does not try to kill the annoying snipers himself, only continuing to command.
And what’s even more interesting is that this “commander” doesn’t even ping these snipers so that the rest of the team can deal with them faster.
Cause one thing is for certain... they lack the capacity to get better :')
I would absolutely ♥♥♥♥ on him
