Snap tap -Allowed or not

I have been searching for a while but can't find anything that says either possibilities. Could someone help me clear this up.

in a game as fast paced and with no penalties for running and shooting i dont think it matters. Ive had it on before on my wooting playing the game and nothing has happened

i think the only game that banned it is cs2, and you only get kicked from a match instead of getting banned so its safe to just check

ITS SNAP TAP LMAO I WAS WONDERING WHATS GOING ON.

essentially if you mash left/right your character will do a dance in the shape of a V and lots of bullets miss. i am assuming that snap tap is making that dance perfectly easy to pull off. and im assuming thats why ive started seeing it all over the place
