I keep getting kicked for having the Azeron software app open for my Azeron Gaming Keypad

Everytime I use the software I get kicked about 5 minutes in the match. I have nothing else open except it. I even tested why it was kicking by playing only with my keyboard, nothing else and didnt get kicked.

It did the same for me when using first party logitech software for rebinding keys for my mouse.

Have you figured out a way to fix this issue as I don't want to play on my keyboard as it just feels weird and wrong and I end up playing worse on my keyboard than on my keypad.

I chatted with support back and forth with the same issue. They basically said that any software that could involve re-binding would get flagged by the anti-cheat as the person above me said. Sucks cause this never use to happen, been using an Azeron for a bit on so many different games, even some with the same anti-cheat. Support told me to just use a normal keyboard and mouse, my question to them would be what happens to disabled gamers that need accessibility controllers and software?
