Keyboard and mouse issue

I have never played The Finals before and now I want to start playing it, but as soon as I start the game my keyboard and my mouse won't work. My mouse and my keyboard start lagging and won't do anything, they both have RGB's which also go on and off all the time in the menu of The Finals.
