actually gives players who got defib'd a chance to actually get back up.
you already got up with only around half health.
the change is fine. the only thing i don't like about it, is how obvious the character "rebuilding" animation is. Maybe it shouldn't be NEON blue..
but It was to powerful to be able to instantly revive someone mid fight
now you need to actually think about going for a revive instead of just randomly running in.
it's still very useful but it's no longer an essential for M
