Bought battle pass before season pass

After updating the game for season 2, I was instantly prompted to purchase the battle pass. Since I had purchased the season 1 pass and battle pass, I had enough credits to do so right away. How surprised I was when I saw there was a season 2 pass that I should have bought before the battle pass (since it gives back the credits). Now I'm stuck with a season pass that I could have gotten for free, and no option to refund. How does this make sense?

FYI if youre referring to the starter pack for the season that gives 1150 multibucks dw
that is there all season. so was the previous season one. i got the battle pass later last season and i intend to this time as well after struggling with finances personally. ill spare money for the game when im in a better place financially. which gives me time to buy that thing first then the pass. imo i think theres gonna be one every season

Yes, I have the same exact problem as you right now.
Not a great move at all to just prompt for the battle pass directly and not the Season 2 starter pack... Especially if its impossible to ask for a refund...

Season 2 starter pack is trash anyway. i didnt get it too as i bought BP

Well, not really, since if you get the Starter Pack you can get the Battle Pass for free (i.e you get your credits back).

Problem is if you buy the Starter Pack, you get your bucks back, so you can buy the Battle Pass right after and still earn bucks from the Battle Pass to use for something else.

Thats clearly your mistake, especially buying something thats immediately "prompted" to you.

Problem is if you buy the Starter Pack, you get your bucks back, so you can buy the Battle Pass right after and still earn bucks from the Battle Pass to use for something else.

If you buy it later you still be able to buy something with your coins. The only problem is that you want to have it RIGHT NOW, but that was your mistake bud. You will get this later and that's it. Unless you spend your coins lol

you get enough credits from the battlepass to be able to buy the starter pack, and then you get 1150 credits back from the starter pack so it's still free in the end, just don't be stupid and spend your coins on something else before then. The same thing existed in season 1, people should know better.

How is blaming the customer right though? I feel like it's deceiving to prompt the Battle Pass before the Season Pack, but whatever.

Oh, I didn't understand that you could get enough coins from the BP to buy the SP, that's fine with me then. I was pissed to have "lost" something but if I can get enough credits back it's all the same to me. Thanks for clearing that up. I know the same thing existed in season 1, I just didn't think there would be a Starter Pack each season.

It's just the waste of space in the store. Players should get that automatically while buying battle pass as a form of bonus and that's it. I made the same mistake too and it's ridiculous how many people do the same. That just shouldn't happen.

It's the same thing. The only difference is if you buy the BP first, you have to wait to buy the SP, whereas if you buy the SP first, you can buy the BP right away. That's literally the only difference.

Yeah now I got it. I didn't realize you got the same amount of bucks thanks to BP progression. Still kinda annoying imo as Trachu said above.
