Strongest gun right now?
"every gun is good if you are good at it "bla bla i get it.
But some guns are just better/easier than others.
I feel like the Shak50 has an unusual high amount of damage for its rate of fire and mag size.
What do you all think? Farming points in this game is a pain so i want to make a intelligent purchase

You aren't going to like this answer but in my experience every gun, save for maybe the double barrel has a different playstyle and there is no magic weapon that will give you an edge. Shak50 is good yes but it has a small mag and will lose to playstyles and classes that are more up close and aggressive. I consider myself one of the best cerberus players in the game right now, but I still have my ass handed to me by a team with more than one heavy since the cerberus struggles with heavies if you don't get the jump on them. It took me ~20-30 games using the cerberus when it released to start getting occasionally positive KD's and double that to get consistently positive KD's. You really need to find a playstyle you think you'd enjoy and take the time to learn it.

If you know what kind of build you want to make, I can help you by suggesting a kit and provide various use cases you may not be aware of.

What an incredibly useless and low IQ wall of text. If any given weapon has anecdotal struggles, then that's reason to assess the broader state of the game, not evidence that it's impossible to reach a logical conclusion.

In response to OP: It's between Heavies SA12 and Light's LH1. Medium doesn't have any gun as powerful as those two in the current patch.

Simply put, SA12 just kills things faster than Heavies other guns, and will kill your opponent faster than they can kill you no matter what gun they're using. Its only major drawback is it's lack of range, which is easily mitigated given the close range nature of this game and how strong mobility is.

LH1 has similarly dominant DPS, but instead of being short range it's actually one of the longest range weapons in the game, and isn't even bad up close.

It's worth noting that both of these weapons are hard to use, though. You may not be able to use them to their full potential.

Shack 50 is good at close to medium range and pairs well with hook
Lewis is better at medium range and can dish out more damage but is harder to control
M60 can burst down shields and a good all rounder
Dealges put you in disadvantage in close range and require effort/aim to be used effectevly.
Grenade launcher is either useless or can't be countered. There is no inbetween
Minigun proabably gonna suck against lights and melee but should be a menase once spun up

AKM is a solid all rounder
Fcar has more damage, but needs recoil control
Famas is trickly, Good at all ranges, but recoil can screw you up big time
Cerberus is a mesace at its effective range but missing your shots is lethal
Revolver is high risk high reward
Pike is annoying when played against and require some trigger dicipline when used

Cerberus is currently the best weapon in the game and it's honestly not even close.
Crazy consistent damage and the only way to win close range 1v1s against a Cerberus is if they let you. This is coming from someone who only uses it and the revolver on medium as I don't like any of the others, kinda boring to full auto.
To answer your question OP; Cerberus.

actaully, the lh1 isnt the fastest killing weapon on the light class, just the overall best and consistent at every range besides a very close range. The v9s and m11 actually have a better close range ttk, but very quickly drop off.
My favorite weapons currently for each class are the M11, sledgehammer and FAMAS. M11 for its hipfire accuracy and firerate, sledgehammer because it's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun, and the FAMAS for the accuracy + how rewarding it is to hit headshots.

guys the M11, FCAR and flamethrower + winch lockbolt are totally not the most OP or anything
Master this:
heavy + hammer + charge & slam + explosive mine + pyro mine + dome shield or goo grenade for these last second cash stealing moments.

this build is the reason why people scream hAcKeRs in these forums.
smash whole team 1v3 and look them rage quit and come here to cry :seriousins:

Strong disagree. Pike is in a better state right now. Maybe not most OP but it's so good it almost feels cheesy. Don't get me wrong, LH1 is still a menace but you need to factor in +7dmg per bullet along with a WAY better scope and superior close range/hip fire. Used to main Light LH1 and have moved on to Medium lately because of it.

If I was to choose though I'd say V9S. Practically point and click, be it ADS or hipfire. Absurd amount of damage per clip, surprisingly good at range. Good against any class.

You're right that Pike and V9S are good, they're not far behind the LH1 in potency, but are both considerably easier to handle, with the pike being on a class that's way easier to play. Definitely more consistent and powerful weapons in the hands of all but the most skilled players.

I just wanted to answer OPs question as literally as possible even if that's not what he needed.
