No “new” map for szn-6🤡🤡

So if anyone saw, they aren’t even doing a new map for Season 6. Instead, they’re just revamping Las Vegas to have a more Fortune Stadium-style look like Seoul. No offense, but this is ASS—easily one of the worst maps.

Seriously, WHY are they wasting time revamping more stuff when optimization and other major problems are still a complete mess? It’s like they’re actively ignoring what actually needs fixing. The game is barely holding together, and they’re out here playing interior decorator.

What does everyone else think? Because this feels like a massive slap in the face.

Totally valid remark. Has nothing to do with the fact the game is ''free'' maybe you put 100 bucks into it who knows? And I agree 100% with you. They already have a small team, them prioritizing petty things is a very weird choice. A new map, heck, even a total Kyoto rework would make much more sense.

Yeah, they are either getting lazy or short with the budget, some seasons with zero limited time events, no new gadgets, no new specializations, no skin rewards for level progression and no new map (now). But, yeah, embark and nexon are great companies, The finals has no flaws, there is nothing to complain about the game

I was quite disapointed to see that there is no new map for season 6. But I think this rework is part of a silent plan to drop some of the pressure on the servers by removing alot of clutter from the map.

My b I didn’t explain that well. I actually don’t hate the vegas (my fav map is destroyed Vegas) but rework is awful. It’s awful because it doesn’t add much value to the game. Value could be added to things like optimization and other necessary improvements

Not that I expect a new map to be announced, but they do still have 5 more days before the new season. And they did say they were planning to announce something every day leading up to it, so who knows...

Forget about the maps, the game lags, and it is absolutely dogs**t in front of other games that are more demanding like Marvel Rivals. I'm talking about, 2080 = 25fps. I tested this using GFN and my own PC, I've seen a 3080 stuttering each min.

Not only that, but I test every update, and every update is worse and worse...
