Won't Launch, "Downloading Failed"

I've been playing since release and this is the first time this happened to me... so close to finally finishing battle pass too... Anyways... uninstalled/reinstalled, unlinked/relinked account (actually, I didn't do this part. I just signed out and back in, which isn't the same thing. Not sure what I was thinking. But after looking it over, I don't want to lose all that progress...), restarted Steam... ugh..

I fixed it. I completely restarted my computer. I didn't think of that until after I posted. So, tried that too and this time that worked.

just press confirm for a large sum of times,it is a bug.
