so you are quite literally asking if this game allows you to cheat? are you braindead?
no macros are not allowed in no multiplayer game.
the only game i could think of would be a MMO like WoW where the game has ingame macro feature to create your own, only then it would be allowed.
No problem with people using aim assist, but I guarantee they are using hardware to modify their inputs additionally and wont get banned for doing so, AKA Cronus users. Additionally, this can be done on PC as well, so disabling cross-play does not help.
