Any fixes for crazy fps drops and lag?

Is there any reason why my performance has absolutely tanked since a couple days ago? Performance was great at the beginning of Season 6 however now its actually borderline playable, frame drops are so bad im actually able to count frames just as a human. Why is this happening, I know its not my pc because my pc is pretty good, 4070 and an i5-13600kf, ive started playing other games cause i just cant be as competitive as i usually am from this performance, even with everything on low im barely able to break 60 - 80 fps.

I have overclocked my GPU and CPU and im aware this isnt recommended in the finals but ive never had issues like this. If anyone has found a fix or even just knows whats going on i would happily read your theories.

game doesn't like to be ALT TAB if u do that a lot i know i do

i just have a AMD 3600 CPU with a AMD 7600 GPU

ye the game should run fine on your system, i got 3060ti with 13600k and get stable 200 fps

Im able to play this game comfortabley with everything on high usually with a few things dropped to medium like shadows, foliage, and that one setting with the extra shadows averaging about 150fps. Now i cant play on even the lowest of graphics, i can promise you this is not an error i have caused.

Same i am running the game on Ryzen 7 3700X RTX3060 and 16gb of ram . I have tried every thing online to fix the frame drops and still get frame drops and stutters on low graphic setting and even overclocked my ram and CPU and not a single fix its makes me made. I do not know why i am getting this bs on my rig ?

was fine but today lag even in the main menu and in game fps drop from 200+ to 40 whitout any reason , never had this problem since season 1

I have also encountered this exact issue in season 6. I used to get above 100fps all the time. Now im generally between 60-80 and the frame drops are very frequent; During heavy moments, my frames generally hover around 50-60 fps which is terrible.

My specs are :
RTX 3070
i7 11800H

Before I uninstalled the game yesterday. I was running it fine maxed out with my RTX 3070. I did have DLSS on though. I never suffered any hiccups. My cpu is also an i5, far weaker then yours (my model i5), Maybe something is running in the back causing hitching / stuttering?
