I'm almost positive about the existence of bots in this game (oh and memory leaks).

They do random things and miss a lot of shots, they only put you against bots after losing at least once, if you select "I was crushed by opponents" after a loss you will play against bots, sometimes, it's the entire team, but in game modes like Powershift you play against/with 3 bots and 2 real people, sometimes you are the only human.

Other games like Marvel Rivals have a whole system for transparency, you can see other players' profiles, matches, stats, everything; but for some reason, after nearly two years, Embark hasn't added this feature.
