How can i play TDM?

But only shows Quickplay - Cashout, privat Match and something else.

or does this come later when i played the first 5 matches shown at the bottom?

if you just started finish the 5 matches but it should be there in quickplay by default

ok this doesnt look like mine...

maybe its because i doesnt have complete the first 5 matches
