matches are never balanced, you either get stomped, or stomp enemies most of the matches.
the matchmaking in this game NEVER worked as it should've, from S2 to S5 you could see ranks and elo and you'd have actual proof that the system was flawed.
now instead of fixing it, embark just chooses to hide it so you can no longer prove that their matchmaking is awful
Massive scam. Can't even enjoy a game without these losers micromanaging every single match
Matches feel unbalanced because the teams are too small.
This game doesn't have sbmm XD It only messes with new players when you start and then hits you with whatever it knows.
If you think it has sbmm, let me tell you, you're the bad guy in the game.
officially used in CoD games and some EA games, that's a matchmaking system specifically designed to create unbalanced matches to frustrate the players, then reward them with incredibly easy matches that provides enjoyment for the players, the EOMM algorithms tries to find a balance between frustration and rewards to attempt getting as much engagement from players as possible.
SBMM is supposed to make matches even (i didn't say it was any good at it most of the time). While EOMM is specifically designed to create matches where the outcome is already predicted with a 95% accuracy.
SBMM tries to keep things fair. EOMM only wants to make you play as much as possible, it relies on the reward mechanisms on your brain, which imo should be criminalized cause that means it's more effective on mentally weak and disabled people, it's mental abuse.
That checks out. I personally think SBMM is more engaging but hey that's just cus I'm decent at most things I do.
