If you WANT to help the development team, then offer some suggestions. Make an effort—maybe someone from the team will take your idea into consideration.

The server is down right now... so why all the crying and complaining? Understand that it’s not easy for them either. They have a problem, and it will be fixed—you just need to BE PATIENT.

If you don’t like the team you’re playing with, just leave the server like big kids. For once in your life, be consistent with the team you're playing with until the end, EVEN IF YOU LOSE.

The ones who complain the most are the players who use various forms of cheating in the game. We know cheats exist and are sold at high prices. And the moment something doesn’t work correctly, the complaining starts right away.

This game is EXCELLENT and ORIGINAL—start accepting it as it is. Whether something has been nerfed or not, the developers know best why it was done, just like when you go to a store... you have a choice whether to buy a chocolate bar or not. The choice exists. You wouldn’t call the chocolate manufacturer to complain that you don’t like it.

The choice is simple: PLAY or DON'T PLAY—period!

i do agree with most of your post.i do think people who do cheat are very sad beings.they ruin most games.it is worse in fps games.tends to bring out the worst in people.
but embark only baning cheat accounts for a 7day period is not a good way to combat this issue.likey to encourage people to cheat as to a lax punishment.why not perma ban?
i also agree that the finals had unique and original game modes out of all fps,for example bank it.the finals launched with this mode.now replaced with a generic unoriginal TDM and csgo clone in s3.the finals season 1/2 was unique season 4/5/6 less so.
