Gas/Fire Damage persists until death bug?
Every so often when I get hit by some fire/gas damage it persists until it eventually kills me, even if I'm long gone from the area of effect from the fire/gas.

Is this a bug for anyone else? Also ffs whats with the stuttering in every fight, butter smooth until Im in combat

I don't even know what to say (without sarcasm).
In all my hours in the game, I have not yet encountered such a problem, and for a long time I have believed that the afterburn here is, to put it mildly, "not very good". Once upon a time, for comparison, I played a game where there was also a class that had the fastest speed and TTK, but at the same time had about 3,000-4,000 HP. And also, there was a "heavy" class that had 11 000 – 14 000 HP.

And when they got into toxic gas, they suffered damage of 400-500 units, and another 200-300 life points each - they were taken away within 3-5 ticks. Fire took about 700 life points, and afterburn took 200-400 life points for each tick.

Two, maybe three times since launch I've run into this, always with gas. Don't know what triggers it but it can be frustrating for sure. Every so often I used to see people get permanent sonar effects, allowing you to see them across the map for the rest of the game. This appears to have been fixed though.

As for the stuttering, sounds like you should lower your effects settings or upgrade your rig a bit. Game runs buttery smooth for me most of the time outside some crashes.
Ive seen people post this loads and never had it before until the update now had it 3 times, always gas as well.

Ive used the same game settings since day 1, and Ive recently upgraded from a 3700x to a 5800x3D. Im gonna assume for now that its probably a latest driver issue since Ive gotten a crash or two with unreal engine errors
Sonar going permanent, On Fire effects without damage going forever, On Fire sounds as well. Haven't personally seen the gas do anything weird but I do not doubt it doing funny stuff.

I don't know if I'm the only one to see my heavy throw the M60 on the ground instead of reloading it and it popping back up fully loaded.-----------------Anyone?????

It's normal, bro, if you have this with a machine gun that has a little rust on it - this is a feature of the skin for the M60 from the Battle Pass of the 4th season, for this skin - they made this reload animation when all the bullets in the magazine are used up). And that's all).
I was also surprised at first when I saw this (much later after I got this skin, and decided to use it recently, and was in training mode when I first saw this reload animation). But in general, if you remember some trailers in which weapons appeared in the hands of characters literally out of nowhere - then the appearance of more and more machine guns after the magazine is completely empty - has some justification, and looks funny.)

Thank you I thought I was crazy as I only use that gun so often.
