Event ID:86 AMD CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll causing PC to hard crash (need help)

Over the past week now, my PC has been hard crashing due to this error. I've been scouring the internet for fixes to no avail.

This is so far what I have done:

sfc /scannow
DDU
Enabled TPM in firewall setting
Deleting GameInput service (Outdated version 2023)
Reinstalling the game
Undervolted CPU & GPU
Verifying game files
Updated GPU drviers (ver 24.10.1)
Updated mobo drviers

PC specs:

B550m DS3HC AC

5700xt

3600x

Win 11

16 gb ram

I also have a VPN called mudfish, but I don't use it to play this game.

I greatly appreciate any help
