If you're a tryhard: that skin uses slightly less screen space.
If you're a normal person: it just looks really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cool

i just recently got the dough wrangler skin to see what the hype was. At first it felt like the extra animation of the wrangler spinning after every shot was causing input lag on my shots but I'm still not sure about this. But the more I use it, it helps with timing and knowing when your next shot is ready compared to the base skin. Is it paid to win? I don't know , it seems like I was getting the same amount of kills with the base skin too. I guess the dough wrangler is more fun to use though. Haven't used it too much because i'm using more pike now.

good looking weapon + funny spin + better visual indication of when you'll be able to shoot again

Aesthetically is a better skin since it looks cooler.
Balance wise it helps with shot rhythm because the base skin animation is kind of bad. It also takes up less of the screen.
It just feels better to use overall to be honest.

It is kind of how like some guns sights just feel way worse than iron sights or vice versa. Functionally they don't do anything really different but some just feel better to use.
