The menu is something to get used to, if you fiddle around with it a bit you'll find more modes hidden in there

Where? I only see Quick Cash, tournament (quick cash) and ranked, which I assume is also quick cash

In Quick Play there's 3 other modes.

4 modes
cash out, terminal attack, power shift, bank it

there are two 5v5 modes as well, one is like rush but with no respawns with like 3-4 rounds each. Other one is push the platform mode with infinite respawns.

How do you play 5v5 mode? Do people just have to join the party?

You can queue in solo and get matched up with others, or you can invite friends to your party and queue in as a group.
