Does this use skill based matchmaking in all modes?

It seems every mode I play to start with its fair game, winning and losing, but overall slight increase, then ranked got impossible. Switched to power shift, easy to start, now impossible enemies, terminal attack easy to start, now impossible teammates. Its like first 7 games r normal then its just impossible. Last week I have won only 1 game / 30. Whereas last few weeks its been much more split 50-50? Whats going on?

i think its the other way.
its impossible for you cause there is no SBMM. theres a bit at the start but everyone gets thrown into the same que eventually.
i usually am matching up with people who just got over their first 100 kills and in that same game i will also match with someone whos got 32k kills while myself i have 1.2k.

there isint even much SBMM in ranked play as you'll end up facing triple stack diamonds as early as silver 4 maybe even bronze.

Yes! It's exactly this, so there is no SBMM. In that case they NEED to add it!
