Play lightly with a stun gun, when opponents go to grab your safe, stun them (this will count as an interruption)
This is one of my normal strats, I had this contract done before I even knew I had it to begin with.
Now, my recommendation is to do it only on quick cash so your team might not going to be upset when you're not really defending your cashout. Even so, cancelling a steal is still helping.
I also don't really like cashout but when I do this challenge, it makes me interested to play cashout. So, try it.
