its more about the length of the match and how well you play. thats why turny feels better for xp. its a much bigger number but you also spend the most time if you make it to the final round.
powershift is probably a good one. most games run the full timer and you can rack up alot of kills. securing the win at the end is just a bonus as well.
If you get 1st or 2nd place in a match of Bank it, you'll get about 2k to 3k exp per match along side a really good amount of fans for the sponsor track. Each Bank it match lasts about 10 - 15 mins each. Try to get OBJ score as much as possible if you're someone who isn't really good at combat, be warned though, this mode is infested with Lights (especially the try hard ones), so if you dislike playing against them, I personally don't recommend playing it, Power Shift would be the replacement in this case imo.
