The damage fall off was *decreased from 75% to 85%. It deals 1 dmg more at long range now,flat dmg decrease only affects close to mid range

The point is that the dev note explains the change perfectly, there is no point in mocking it. Put criticism where it is deserved, else you just make clowns out of yourselves.
