Previously, I could easily afford to stream in 1080p quality 60 FPS, and at the same time have 60-120 FPS, but on average it was about 90-110 FPS, now - often my FPS is approximately at the level of 60-90 FPS , and the average FPS is approximately 65-85 FPS (sometimes - I see such FPS even when I just managed to respawn, let alone what average FPS I got during battles). Because of this, image tearing became more noticeable when VSync was turned off, and all this with DLSS turned on in Balanced mode (without which, perhaps, the situation would have been even worse, and it would probably have been even worse if I had RTX turned on) . And yet, this despite the fact that I recently lowered some of the settings by 1-2 levels (for example, I lowered the textures from “Ultra” to “Medium”, I also changed the effects processing to “Medium”, and so on.); and Shadows - I always had them at the “Low” quality level. Of course, this is especially evident on the Kyoto map (but I’m not in a hurry to somehow swear at the developers, over time I think that this will be corrected).
Before I start playing any FPS, I evaluate its optimization. Even if it was the best FPS game in the world, I would never choose to play it if it wouldn't run 144 or 165fps lock on my graphics card.
AMD 7800X3D+ RTX4080
Didnt recognize a FPS reduction during this time
I had locked rocksolid 90FPS with sligtly different lowered settings with my 7 years old 8700k before. (@same RTX 4080)
And cause my 7800X3D had a defect, I had to wait 2 weeks for a replacement 1 month ago, i had to switch back to my 8700k.
Didnt realize any reduction in FPS. So same 90FPS with the 8700k like 3 month before.
