When did they nerf sledgehammer?

It used to be able to kill a medium with one heavy swing and one quick meele but now you need one heavy swing and one normal swing of the sledge. It really didnt need a nerf thats kinda lame but if honestly most of the time I never went for the quick meele since its range was short and the primary attack more reliable
