How to reach diamond ?

Real question. I'm platinum 2 abd SoloQ player. I play against diamond cheaters really often and I pray for normal games everytime.

Most of the time, if they're is no cheaters, I just can't win until I try to stay alive + get a maximum of kills around the objective. Can someone explain me how to win in solo ?
Allies are useless, yes, but I have to improve myself only

Can't win when I am literally stuck in gold and I get plat players who are worse than silver / bronzies I've seen. Rank means nothing in this game with the rampant cheating and worst of all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ teammates who cant communicate or aim for the life of them.

Seriously... if my teammates are performing 2-5x worse than me in every aspect and numbers given by the game why are they even in my team. Im not here to carry people... I cant even enjoy the game when they are this ♥♥♥♥ and im literally playing 1v3 vs premade teams with a random team.

This. Sometimes there are games you cannot win, but most of the time you can do something about it if you focus on your decision making and not your teammates

I solo queued to D2 (so far) and its hard to get teammates that actually have game sense to know what is happening... you just have to attempt to make good picks and have better positioning and be ready to 1v2 and sometimes 1v3.

Take note of which teammate is being more useful and revive them if there is a choice on who to revive.

Lead enemies into traps if you know they like to chase.

Take height advantage whenever possible.

Dont throw away height advantage before you even get a single pick. (or ever most times)

If you have good amount of cash and can take some risks i would also target teams with good players and try to mess their plays up.

Reaching top 1% of every single FPS game I have ever played in any way consistenly, I can honestly say I have never ever seen this bad players in plat rank (considering its the top 2 highest rank in this game) and this many aimbot users... Its ridiculous how badly this game is built in every aspect and how bad players here are.

Ive reached Diamond rank 3 solo and i have to agree with Solo Q Mork's comment. Thats how i play aswell.

Be ready to go against cheaters, sometimes you loose and sometimes you win.

If you dedicated yourself enough everyone can get there. Its a matter of motivation and calculation.

Good teammates is an helping hand.

honestly I agree, people treating ranks in this game like its some definitive quantified mark of skill/worthiness of having an opinion, is very strange considering how the core gameplay is complete randomness

honestly rank has more to do with how much you play it not how good people are, just winning 50% of your games and youll make it past gold 1 , above that might be a bit harder. when you see teammates with high ranking it just means theyve played x amount of games not that their skill is high, and winning 50% is not to hard when the first three rounds you only have to make top 2, like you have to win 50% of your games and every game you have a 2/4 chance of winning, most first round winners arent skill its just luck on where teams are spawning and fighting, one team almost Always gets a free win with very little work jsut based on cashout location and where people tend to fight

I am hard stuck gold cuz of the randoms i been getting, only yesterday did I find two good teammates and we managed to reach finals. ♥♥♥♥♥ crazy and now my lobbies are full of diamonds for some reason other than my team being all gold. :L
