Banned for Secure boot false detection

Hello,

I hate hack and i never used this However :

• I have been banned for 7 days due to a fairplay guidelines violation (toxicity)
• At date ban expiration, other message showed : Requires secureboot

Now, i wrote a ticket today to the support (which are extremly slow for automatic responses btw) and they answered that a software has been detected.

The answer is really strange, but i created alt acc to check and its working, meaning, there ain't NO software or the game wouldn't start with other acc. This is a shame they shadowban this way, without real verification.

it says toxicity, do you verbally harass your team mates? It also says requires secureboot, so maybe you should turn that on in your bios.

and the post shows why cheaters and unfavourable teammates cannot be patched out. guy got banned but just creates another account. free game issue.

also seeming as the english is broken somewhat. i assume you probably dont have an English username in game? people may just be reporting you based off the language you use.
if your not being a toxic guy in game that is.

or you play so badly every game. enough so that people report you for toxic behaviour.

I did get into toxicity after someone goes mad about my accent nothing more, i could have muted him ofc.

oh maybe i gluogrenade few useless mates with 2k score on 4 rounds.

After patchnote, they said there could be issues with false ban detection however, i didn't think it would hit me aswell. that's all

can you please update to me what happened with you , did they fix the issue ? im just like you and i have update my post and tried to tell them im not a cheater many times in any way but they dont want help me or tell me what to remove ? how can i trust them in the future , what the mistake that i have to remove ? no explanation , no help , i payed $20 in April 21 and banned in May 3, why would i support the game and cheat! , i play almost every day from the first day December 9 2023 i, did not download any pregame in my pc in long time ago no weird apps or anything only steam epic games no hack or cheat even resident evil mods from nexus i download was in 2023 , this 2024 is literally playing the finals , i have not try to download apps long time ago , maybe the last update in the finals May 2, found an app in our pc's and think this a cheat?

CS2 is a paid game it still has cheaters

CS2 is a paid game it still has cheaters

That's been free to play for about 5 years.

That said, would you not agree that it's easier to cheat/create new accounts in a free game than it is in a game that costs even a measly $10? I think the point they were getting across was pretty clear.

I want to to remove what you think is a cheat! Tell me help me give me an expiation , i dont want to get banned again! i havent download any apps for long time , i play the finals almost daily from the first day December 9 2023, never tried to download any hack or cheat.
I hate cheat in every way!
I Will open facetime video call and show any employ any thing in my pc tell me what do to prove it, i have never searched for a way to cheat in any game, why would i cheat in the most game i care about right now! im shocked! i report cheaters! im not a cheater!!! how can i trust you and pay and support your games if i randomly get banned with no help, its not about me asking you for unbanned now! if this not solved i will not trust embark with my money anymore.

Secure boot warning was issued correctly, and it most likely is not related to third-party software (which you may not have), after the latest updates they introduced a system where when you are banned FOR ANYTHING (like you for 7 days), secure boot requirement is almost automatically immediately enabled, they (embark) wrote about this, that it will be enabled for players who have been blocked in some way, so all you have to do is enable it, but if you are not a cheater, then this is absolutely no problem, I have secure boot enabled by default.

The main problem is that i tweaked WIN10 that didnt have requirement for upgrade on win11. It obviously changed my TPM version which is a false detection by anti hack BUT, in fact, its a proof its working fine. Reset ur computer or reset TPM into 3.0 in my case solved.

Hello,

I am outraged indeed:

1- I uninstalled the complete TPM module from windows, as well as from the AMD processor. I reinstalled it according to strict procedures, I also took care to deactivate and remove all TWEAKS from windows that may have been the cause. The problem was still there.

2-I forced my computer to install Windows 11, so that the TPM could update itself, and NOTHING worked.

3-I reinstalled the computer, first partially, then FULLY (factory), but once again, I only have steam and the finals installed, the TPM has been set to ZERO and the certificates are in perfect order.

4- The most important point I'd like to stress is this one, and I ask you to refer to it to find the solution:
I've created an alternative steam account as well as embark studios, on the same computer, with the same configuration and the same TPM/Secureboot.
The game works perfectly. This confirms that this is a system error, having suspended my account for false detection.

Having put a huge amount of money into the game and having a steam account of precisely 14 years, I have NEVER had to deal with a vac ban on steam or any other platform.

I ask you to lift the lock manually, in which case I would be obliged to take my case to the European Ombudsman concerning goods acquired digitally, as I am currently deprived of my purchases.

Message to the support after they send me automatic answer, saying i have software detected on my computer. YES PROBABLY ON A FACTORY COMPUTER which i did reset today again. YES PROBABLY with 2nd account totally working, this is called a shadowban

FIXED omg here is the solution for Fahadew :

Enable secureboot by disabling (very important if u didnt) CSM support.
Disable secure boot which shows fake display when the option "secure boot appears"

RESTART computer then, go instantly in the same settings and enable this time secureboot. DONT enable csm support again. DONE

I mean, you were banned for 7 days, so doesn't it not matter anyways? I mean you need secureboot enabled sure, but you're still banned for 6 more days regardless.
