also seeming as the english is broken somewhat. i assume you probably dont have an English username in game? people may just be reporting you based off the language you use.
if your not being a toxic guy in game that is.
or you play so badly every game. enough so that people report you for toxic behaviour.
oh maybe i gluogrenade few useless mates with 2k score on 4 rounds.

It's ok for my english, as long as u can read the topic. i doubt i play bad with 10k score each round.
That's been free to play for about 5 years.
That said, would you not agree that it's easier to cheat/create new accounts in a free game than it is in a game that costs even a measly $10? I think the point they were getting across was pretty clear.
would you kindly show the files or softwares in my PC that are interfering with the anti-cheat ?
I want to to remove what you think is a cheat! Tell me help me give me an expiation , i dont want to get banned again! i havent download any apps for long time , i play the finals almost daily from the first day December 9 2023, never tried to download any hack or cheat.
I hate cheat in every way!
I Will open facetime video call and show any employ any thing in my pc tell me what do to prove it, i have never searched for a way to cheat in any game, why would i cheat in the most game i care about right now! im shocked! i report cheaters! im not a cheater!!! how can i trust you and pay and support your games if i randomly get banned with no help, its not about me asking you for unbanned now! if this not solved i will not trust embark with my money anymore.

I am outraged indeed:
1- I uninstalled the complete TPM module from windows, as well as from the AMD processor. I reinstalled it according to strict procedures, I also took care to deactivate and remove all TWEAKS from windows that may have been the cause. The problem was still there.
2-I forced my computer to install Windows 11, so that the TPM could update itself, and NOTHING worked.
3-I reinstalled the computer, first partially, then FULLY (factory), but once again, I only have steam and the finals installed, the TPM has been set to ZERO and the certificates are in perfect order.
4- The most important point I'd like to stress is this one, and I ask you to refer to it to find the solution:
I've created an alternative steam account as well as embark studios, on the same computer, with the same configuration and the same TPM/Secureboot.
The game works perfectly. This confirms that this is a system error, having suspended my account for false detection.
Having put a huge amount of money into the game and having a steam account of precisely 14 years, I have NEVER had to deal with a vac ban on steam or any other platform.
I ask you to lift the lock manually, in which case I would be obliged to take my case to the European Ombudsman concerning goods acquired digitally, as I am currently deprived of my purchases.
Message to the support after they send me automatic answer, saying i have software detected on my computer. YES PROBABLY ON A FACTORY COMPUTER which i did reset today again. YES PROBABLY with 2nd account totally working, this is called a shadowban
Enable secureboot by disabling (very important if u didnt) CSM support.
Disable secure boot which shows fake display when the option "secure boot appears"
RESTART computer then, go instantly in the same settings and enable this time secureboot. DONT enable csm support again. DONE
