How far is the mmr gap between plat 1 and diamond ?

basically i hit plat 1 very fast. like probably from plat 3 to plat 1 in a matter of like a week.

but right as i got to plat 1. im still winning at the same rate and consistency but im still plat 1. like i literally won 4 tournaments in like 4 days with not many first round knockouts in between and still not diamond. it feels like every rank u need 500-1000 FP but for plat 1 to diamond 4 that ♥♥♥♥ is like 10k fp or what ???

Last time I saw someone go from Platinum 1 to Diamon 4 in season 2, he started from leaderboard rank ~12000 and reached it around ~3 - 4k.
It also takes more time as competition is more fierce on the top (the higher the experience etc.)

Of course the highest amount of cheaters are at the diamond rank.

Make no mistake about it, no naievity, even if it's not season 1 anymore.
Nexon/Embark are lying through their teeth :-|
Their anti cheat is a far cry from what valorant etc. so it's obvious there are a lot of undetected cheaters in this game.
All the big publishers/developers use machine learning too (anybrain.gg or whatever), but additionally kernel-anti cheat and have tweaked their systems for years.
Nexon/Embark started it months ago.


A lot of the famous Diamond 1 - 2 streamers are still cheating on daily basis.
The cheats are so elaborate, hardly any viewer can tell the difference anymore; all are tweakable to only assist the player to a certain degree, so no viewer can tell or anti cheat will get suspicious.
A little bit of "headshot magnetism", a little bit of reduced recoil (but still some left) etc. pp.
and voila, it looks like this Diamond 2 player is simply really good and deserves his rank.

I caught quite a few of them cheating during their streams/vod, even during march/april. Reporting is 99 % useless, as anyone playing the game for months already knows.

Meanwhile legit players still keep wondering why some human player behaves like a cyborg/android and shots x2 - 3 times the damages in an even 1vs1 fight.



Must be the better gaming chair I guess.
While I noticed the "obvious cheaters" have gone down in the last 3 weeks, the "not so obvious" cheaters as explained right now, are still up.

It's part of the game. Nothing can be done but quitting the game and playing single player games.

Platinum 1 / Diamond 4 is basically the same thing.
Diamond MMR only really starts at Diamond 3. The gap between Diamond 3, Diamond 2 and Diamond 1 is absolutely massive. You could fit a whole new rank in there.

I go back and forth between Diamond 3 and 2 a lot. Low Diamond 3 I'm cruising with 15+ kills every round, but the moment I start hitting Diamond 2 players I seriously struggle, will sometimes go whole games with 0 kills.
