Bots in the game?

I was playing a cashout at 1pm today and I found a what probably is a bot. Basically I was fighting orange on the Vegas map and ended up dying with 2 of them still up, my teammate defibed then ran away leaving me alone in a 2 v 1 When I got up only 1 of them shot back at me. My teammate returned and we killed the orange medium shooting at me leaving their last living teammate a default skin medium with a default shotgun strafing left and right in front of us not firing.

This doesn't confirm anything but I am fairly certain they have implemented bots to keep the matches full due to low player numbers. This would explain the forced name change, as well as why there are so many default skin teammates despite this game failing to attract new players. Also explains why spectating teammates sometimes looks like your watching someone use a controller for the first time.

I mostly solo queue and when I play in parties its only 1 other person, so 99% of my time playing the game I have had a random player present. S2 is the first time I have noticed bot behavior from my teammates and enemies. I don't care if games add bots I just find it a little scummy when they aren't up front about it. Leaving the community the investigate for themselves, so if you think its not true or have more evidence for it being the case post it below because I plan on looking more into myself.

he was probably throwing, or maybe had the bug where he couldn't shoot. There are no bots

Be honest this sounds like some bad teammates I've had
