The fact that this is a mistake is 100%. The question is, how scary is it? Will there be any problems with the account later? For the first time in my life, I get banned from the game...

yeah you can report people for more then just voip.
your playing so badly that people think you are purposely griefing games
or you are actually trolling

either way its kind of deserved. if you play so badly people report you thats on you bro. and no it wont impact you that badly but if you keep getting reported it may lead to a permanent ban

In the entire history of matches (more than 300), 1 time only came out - and then because of an Internet error (the router flew off).

I play more or less - for 300 games, about 100 wins. I would say it more precisely, but I can't enter the game =(
Therefore, it is doubly insulting. If I had rightfully received it, I would not have created a post and would have waited for unblocking.

i dont think its proper to report someone for a reason like that but the game cant tell. it just sees you getting reported and reacts accordingly.

Mistake, requires +3 reports to get a real ban for behavior. someone used the spam report until u got banned. probably

why did they make this automatic system at all? why don't they check what the person actually got the message for?

smh i just got the same message today, not going to lie, some games i just dont have maximum effort and although ill have a negative KD i still play the game objectives. BUT suspension just cause im playing bad... i just want to relax and enjoy playing a casual first person shooter after i get off work. not sweat my ass off like call of duty.

Yeah this is bad news, this happened to me to where i first got temporarily suspend for a week then like 2-3 weeks later i got perma banned. The thing is i never cheated and i only played quickplay with mates of my own.
I have a couple of theorys, it could be some software on your pc that might trigger the anti-cheat even if you dont use/abuse the software. Some people say macros can get you banned so if you have something like logitech g hub which i have you might need to either remove any macros you do have or uninstall the software.
In my case i did 1 macro but i never used it ingame and even if i did it would provide no gameplay benefit.
The more annoying theory is they just ban based on the number of reports and nothing else. My friends and I are pretty sweaty when it comes to shooter games but also given how my team was made (1 light, 1 medium with healer beam, and me the heavy) my medium friend would pretty much constantly heal me so i would get a pretty decently high kill count most games upwards of 20+ kills in like 75% of games.
Any way I hope this doesn't happen to you but if you do get the permanent suspension message just uninstall the game because the support system for this game is horrible and they wont help you no matter what you say or do.
