New Update Another Wave of Lag

I just really am displeased at the stability of your servers or perhaps my lack of ability to have a stable connection. I shouldn't have to play ranked mode just to hide behind people, or lag for literally 3-10 full seconds, and 3-5 seconds are lower chance ♥♥♥♥ too. I literally lag, full stop, no gameplay, complete stall until I die. I've seen lag spikes happen when I'm spectating and people can get 2-3 kills in this time. How am I supposed to play the game if my game is stalling outright. Verses this and the fact the game crashes, this makes Ranked mode nearly unplayable. I'm too scared I'll get suspended for an hour or two, and I'm too scared to interact with the enemy because I know it'll cause a massive lag spike causing my death because how am I supposed to defend myself when I'm looking like my mom just called me in to the kitchen for some puddin' pops and I immediately AFK in the middle of a firefight.
In all seriousness, please work on your servers, I see people lag, I see people who don't lag, I lag nearly all the time, there's nothing I can do, I set the graphics to the lowest they can go and the game still lags when there's explosions and stuff (not even regarding ping issues and lag spikes), I close down literally every single thing (even my music) to be able to play and it does not solve the lag issue, I verify my files, I reinstall anti-cheat over and over as admin, I have tried literally every single thing. I believe, wholeheartedly, that it's your matchmaking placing me in games with 150+ ping, which is unplayable in most games. I do have to put up with it in dead games, but I don't like doing it, and I know I have to play completely differently in those games with that ping, things aren't immediate, sometimes I lag out, sometimes my shots don't register, the game is alot less forgiving, and therefore unfun. In this game, the entire thing literally goes to 0 frames a second for an extended period of time.
I want to also bring up the whole thing about the finals maxing out my CPU. Please let me disable Shadows, Foliage, all the unneeded things, Post Processing, Anti-Aliasing, etc. I never have these on in most games because they are too intensive for my computer, and turning even shadows off can boost my CPU usage 10 fold. One final thing is please let me set my max ping, I do not ever want to play in matches of 180-300+ ping, that's not fair gameplay nor is it stable. I've been kicked for anti-cheat integrity failures nearly every single time during a lag spike because the game things I'm exploiting it when it can't process what I'm doing in time, i.e. (but not limited to) Throwing a pyro bomb on the ground, Using heavy charge, Shooting a gun, Using a jump pad, Trying to move the camera around while lagging, etc.
And please, for the love of god, make the game recognize that it's the game's fault the game crashes and do not suspend me from ranked mode because of it, it literally gives an error message, there are surely crash logs, there are methods of seeing if I hit the X button, quit the game, or anything, There are methods of knowing if I did it deliberately, so please, ensure some actual respect and diligence in your system as well as making sure it works properly.

I'm watching the task manager right now, not only is the finals using 60-90% of the CPU, but the CPU on the performance screen has been maxed out at 100% the longevity of playing this game. Please fix this. Your game shouldn't be this intensive on the lowest settings. No wonder the game stalls completely when anything happens.

Wow. That's unplayable bro... I have freezes upon startup and also at end of match during scoreboard. Extremely old PC with a 1080ti and I get anywhere from 40 to 55fps except during the aforementioned freeze points. (all my video settings are on low, foilage off, 1920x1080 resolution, 60hz refresh)

What are your PC and GPU specs?

would recommend Seeing if you have corrupted windows files,
Open CMD as Admin, Then Type SFC /Scannow
Then restart if it asks you too,
Then verify the game files n Try n see if that does anything to help.

I genuinely don't think my specs are contributing to it, even though they are bare-bones, and do cause this lag, I feel like if the game was running pretty well before the update and now it literally cannot run, then perhaps they aren't optimizing it or perhaps reverted some compatibility. Also I can't really turn off things like foliage, is that actually a setting on your system or does it say low?
Not going to lie, I don't know much about the hardware and stuff, I know that this pc was initially built by someone but made on a budget to be a basic gaming pc but with alot of room to upgrade, I recently got a new motherboard from a friend with more ram and they tried to give me their old AMD graphics card that *was* better, but overall worse because of the bugs and incompatibility.
This is all I could find, though I'm sure this isn't all of it.

okay, I'm doing that now. It sucks that I can't do a full reinstall because of how ♥♥♥♥ my internet is, my roommates get pissed off at me when I download anything and take it out on me and my parter, I'd rather not have to download this again, because it will not only take a day or two but having to only download it at night or whatever will take even longer I'll do it if I have to

I think this might have worked, I also got something to fully remove all the amd ♥♥♥♥. The game runs relatively well at medium settings even
I believe this worked, just played a few more rounds. Thank you, genuinely. Now I know not to ♥♥♥♥♥ about it like it's their fault anymore

So it turns out that I can run the game with -dx11 on ultra quality and it runs identically to when it's set to low settings. I also found that when I removed -dx11, the game would constantly crash with a "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address" window. When I add -dx11, the game returns to a state of consistent lag and stalling, just like the video, on ultra and on low settings. I really and genuinely thought it was my PC that was causing these massive problems, not being able to handle this one game for some reason, but now I realize there's most likely something wrong with the game going on. I hate having to troubleshoot this game so much and I hate going back and forth saying "it's me" "it's the game" "it's -dx11" "it's the settings" "it's my cpu" etc. We need to all work together and get embark to fix this inconsistency and incompatibility with their game, especially when people are paying full retail price, sometimes multiple times, for cosmetics in this game.

so far the game has been working tremendously well without -dx11, even with great graphics too
